SETUP / 01

Connect your workspace

Create a Supabase project, apply the database migration, then provision your administrator account. Public signup must be disabled.

Add your service configuration to the server environment. Restart the application after changing it. The README contains the exact setup steps.

Before the first edition

  1. Sign in using the provisioned administrator.
  2. Add a partner and complete the brand profile.
  3. Add competitors, research topics and recipients.
  4. Generate and review the first report.
  5. Send a test to your own administrator inbox.
  6. Approve the exact revision, then confirm delivery.

Monthly preparation

The scheduled queue prepares drafts on the first weekday of the month. Delivery always remains a separate, manual action. Failed jobs appear in the client’s newsletter workspace. Configure Vercel scheduling only after testing the live integrations.
